Cancellation and refund policy
Cancel any time through Manage subscription on your account page. You keep Full until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Within fourteen days of a first payment you can cancel for a full refund, through Manage subscription or by email, no questions asked. Because Full starts the moment you pay, consumer law allows a seller to treat that as your agreement to begin before the fourteen days are up; we do not rely on that. The fourteen-day refund stands.
Payments are taken by Paddle.com, the seller of record for the Full plan. The rest of the platform's terms are on the Terms & Conditions page. To ask for a refund by email, write to Joe White at joe@whiteboardchemistry.com.
